Location: The University of Texas at Austin School of Nursing, 1710 Red River St, Austin, TX 78712

Parking: Trinity Garage - 1815 Trinity St. - Corner of Trinity St. and MLK Blvd.

 

Once parked: Take the garage stairs or elevator to the 4th floor, exit to your right, walk through the small parking lot, and turn right- the nursing building will be on your right.

Follow the signs for the Frank Irwin Center, as the school of nursing is directly across the street.

The event is in the courtyard of the school of nursing (1710 Red River St. Austin, TX, 78712) which is right in front of you when you enter the building. Please introduce yourself and present the garage ticket to the lobby security guard for validating. You will be given a visitors badge. There will be ushers to assist when you arrive. There will be a table and chairs available for use.

In the event of rain, the alternate location is the 5th floor. Please proceed to the center vestibule and a staff member will assist.

There will be a Jason’s Deli lunch box provided and a break room available.

We will set up a sign in for the newsletter, QR codes for our Instagram and website, an operation board game, prizes, and a surgery photo booth.
