University of Texas School of Nursing Professional Organization Fair

The UT School of Nursing Professional Organization Fair was today! Thank you to all of our chapter volunteers who made our booth a success!

Thank you to the UT School of Nursing for inviting us to participate!

The AORN information booth included an interactive board game with prizes and a photo booth with recycled surgical props.

We also displayed our banner for the first time and provided our new swag as prizes!

It was exciting to talk to nursing students and describe our roles in the perioperative setting.

Our interactive booth was as much fun for us as it was for the students.

I hope we are able to participate next year. We’d love to attend more events to answer questions, provide demonstrations, and inspire future nurses interested in surgical services.
