Colon Cancer Coalition- Get Your Rear in Gear - 5k

Thank you to those who helped raise money for the Colon Cancer Coalition. The 5k took place on a brisk but beautiful morning. The children’s fun run lead by the emoji mascot was the highlight of the morning. There were some great speeches from the sponsors and a nice warm up from a local fitness coach.

The “Colon Walk” was a novel and educational way to finish the run. :)

It was an honor to represent the Austin Area AORN chapter at this event. Hope to see some of you at our next community event!
